Hong Kong cuisine is one of the best that I have tasted. The sheer variety of dishes, full and rich taste that perfect mix together. The view into these kitchens is also striking. The hard working men in women, serving always hungry city, doing their job in tiny, crowded, dark rooms, sometimes almost on the side-walk. And yet, the food is always something to remember.
